Hello.
I've planned to make a new design of OP WUSHU tee.
Of course, this tee would not be like those of last year's,
this time, we choose our design.
I would like people to send in their creative designs of OP WUSHU logo to youko.misaki@Hotmail.co.jp.
The team can wear the tee-shirt on competition day, and especially during the group competition, where everybody from one team wear the same shirt.
This encourages the team even more.
Please do so because we really need to print these tees out fast.
The back of the shirt will be your name. Strictly your name and no other fancy names or signs. :)
The tee's material will be decided when i go to school and discuss with the team
SO, QUICK ! Do your design now and send it to me.

Hello.
Competition is nearing already.
I know there is still 2-3 months, but its not really a long time to perfect your moves.
So please continue to work hard for the following 2 to 3 months.
Every effort you put in will be showcased during the competition.
The competition will be able to tell coach what you actually have been doing for trainings.
Lets not lose, lose not during the competition , but lets not lose to ourselves. :)
Goodbye, everyone train hard ahs !

Hello.
Goodwork to everybody who performed today at the CCA Orientation.
Speaking from a senior's point of view, i'm very impressed with the 'B' Division Pu Dao.
Please continue to keep this standard of learning and attitude towards wushu.
For the Secondary 2 and 3 wushu-ers , there is an improvement in you all today.
But i have a few opinions which i have.
1) The groupfist does not look 'solid' enough. LOL . Solid as in it is obvious to me that you guys are not using any strength in your punches and kicks, even your shouts too. Everything you all do is weak.
2) Speed. Please improve on your speed. Not meaning that throughout the whole routine you rush for time. But, your movements must be fast. If you dont understand this point, can ask me :)
3) Stamina. Stamina is one big problem for the majority of the team. You guys look exhausted when the routine is nearing an end. This, might cause the judges to give lesser points.
4) Respect. ( irrelevant to today) . I feel that till today, many secondary 2 and 3's do not respect their seniors, be it the secondary 4's or Alumni. But its strongly a culture, to respect your seniors. Not trying to draw a clear line, but atleast listen to what they have to say and their orders for you. This way, the team will be able to progress.

Hello.
We have our new appointed Captain and Vice-Captain for 2009 !
Dion shall pass his baton over to Ricky.
Wei Chou shall pass his baton over to Constance.
To all members of the team, i hope you can help support the two new captains.
What matter most in a team is not about having good leaders,
but having a good rapport in the team between each individual members.
:D
Goodluck for your competition.
