There would be trainings on monday / wednesday / friday on weeks after exams.
The coaches will be the secondary 3 seniors and the graduates.
All levels must attend the training.
Trainings will be on basics, jumps and routines.

I think secondary 1 has already been permitted to learn jumps from what i saw from the last training so please do your best in learning.

Secondary 2- please brush up more on your routine and jumps for next year is an competitive year not only from other schools,but from our school too.

Secondary 3 and 4- All please try to practise your free-hand cartwheel for our group ji ti quan and not forgetting your own routines.



Lastly, Who is interested in the 12 days training programme ? we need atleast 10 people. Please come if you can. thank you =D

Coach is able to arrange for a Beijing wushu team coach to come to coach our school during the november holidays.
Its is $160 for 10 lessons.
It will be $16 for 1 lesson if you count it that way.
But it is one time payment of $160 for 10 lessons.
Within that 10 lessons. you do not come for any lessons, it will still be charged at $160.
To be serious. Its quite woth it. For you can choose to learn what u wanna learn.
This course will be available from secondary 1 all the way to graduates. Please tag for response. thank yous.
