Hello.
Today's training was pretty good if i would say.
Good attendance.
But i realised that many people have difficulties with their basics.
Well, we would train soon again anyways. Hope everyone will improve before the school reopens,
and give coach a surprise on the standard of the current OrchidParkWushuTeam. :)
Another note, i hope people will not complain of the training i had laid down for the team.
I know its tough, but i really hope to allow the current team to experience what my batch, the 2005 batch of OPWushu, has went through.
If the current team is able to adapt to my training, i believe, strongly believe, OPWushu, will be good.
Next training:
WEDNESDAY ( 24/12/08) NEXT WEEK .
Training will start at 12pm .
Location : School Parade Square. ( Will move to hall if hall is open )
Time: 12 pm - 3pm Of course, not full 3 hours will be for trainings.
Following are IC's . IC's are to inform their batch's members about the trainings.

Everyone, work hard.

Reminder:
I hope just to remind the whole team again,
Competition is just in 4 months time, maybe 3 months?
And to come to think of it, the team have got no training camps this year,
and just reflect on what you all have done for you own conducted self-trainings.
With some simple calculations of have 2 training a week after school reopens,
The team has just left with +/- 28 proper trainings.
If you think 28 trainings are alot, i'm telling you, its not even enough to organise your groupfist properly.
Being a senior now, graduating from the school, other seniors and i wish to leave the school with ease, not wishing to worry about the team.
The same applies when my batch was in Secondary 1.
We wouldn't want to worry our seniors who have worked so hard for the past 4 years.
Therefore we tried our best, and trained.
But somehow, the current team have no regard of what they are doing now.
Acting selfishly , not considering what their actions have brought about to people around them.
Not being serious? Talking back to coach?
Just think about what you people have been doing for the past 1-2 years while you joined the team.
How long have you played ? Since day 1 ?
How good are your basics ?
However much i've said about how worried the seniors are now,
i believe the one who worry most is Coach.
By playing during trainings and not being serious , you're bringing the whole team down.
Coach was the one woman whom brought the team up, built up discipline for the team these past few years, even earlier than when i came into the team!
And now ? The team is bringing it down by not being serious during trainings.
Hello, wake up now.
Its not too late if the sec 2 changes for the better now,
we have a chance to build up the team again to where it used to be.
Please have respect for the seniors whom come back and teach,
you can treat us as friends, we dont mind, but during trainings,
please mind we're, by rank, higher than you.
Its not that i want to bring in some hierarchy rules to the team,
but you have got to know the line between seniors, and friends.
When we call for you , you act fast.
When we punish you, dont grumble.
If you people still dont get what i'm talking about,
you'll learn from next year's competition.
